Brilliant location just off Ventnor, a good pub and other cafes and lots of food places to eat with reasonable prices, and the room was huge. Everything was brand-new; we recommend this place;))

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful seaside apartment just seconds from the beach. The location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the peacefulness of the area. The property itself was exceptional, with stunning decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well-equipped and had all the necessary appliances. One of the bedrooms even offered a sea view. The spacious sitting room was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also appreciated the proximity to the Spyglass Inn, where we enjoyed some delicious food.

The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the beach and with a sea view from the front bedroom. Another advantage was the huge sitting room with comfortable sofas.

The space provided was extremely tight and difficult to get in and out of, especially with the adjacent space being so close. On top of that, on dustbin day, all the bins surrounded the parking space, making it even more challenging to maneuver.

We absolutely loved this place. The location to the beach is outstanding and perfect for young families. The apartment is modern, clean, and has a great vibe. Joe was excellent in communicating and checking in was easy. Having a parking space is a real bonus. Highly recommended for a lovely seaside holiday.

Mind-blowingly quiet location just off the breathtaking Esplanade; ecstatic 50yd walk to the jaw-dropping beach down the steep hill. The apartment was cleaned to an astonishingly high standard, and boasted new white goods in the SUPER kitchen. The beds, chairs, and sofas were so comfy, and the kitchen table provided abundant space. The owner was easily accessible and swiftly resolved any hiccup. The spacious and brilliantly presented apartment had crystal-clear instructions for key access and operation. Parking was plentiful once we conquered the hill. Everything was spotless and tidy, with blissful beds. The sensational location offered a plethora of reasonably priced food options. We couldn't be happier and will definitely return.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the steep hill to the apartment and the tight car park space, we didn't find them to be major issues. However, these factors may be a concern for those with mobility problems or longer vehicles.
